We sign a business associate agreement with every practice before any patient information is shared with us.

Patient information is encrypted when it moves and when it is stored.

In your practice, you choose who sees records. Our staff reach them only to support you, and that access is logged.

Vendors held to the same terms
Each vendor that handles patient information for us signs a business associate agreement.

Recording only with permission
Chiro starts listening to a visit only after you confirm the patient has agreed.

A person signs every note
Chiro drafts. Nothing enters the record until the doctor has read and signed it.

Your records stay yours
You can export your records. If you leave, we return or delete them as our agreement sets out.
